This latest offering from Sheraton Grand Doha’s Al Hubara restaurant welcomes Deema Hajjawi who brings the excitement and high-energy of her cooking to the restaurant floor. Deema will influence the menu at Al Hubara’s weekend brunches on 3 - 4 March, bringing guests four varieties of the traditional dish, Fattet Makdous, the tasty traditional Middle Eastern dish she’s been cooking for friends and family for many years.
Speaking about her upcoming visit to Doha, Deema Hajjawi said: “I am excited to be sharing my favorites with an appreciative audience. Qatar’s dining scene offers food connoisseurs a wide variety of cuisines from around the world, and I am looking forward to introducing people to a traditional taste of the region. Fresh and flavorful, yet homely, using ingredients synonymous with everyday Arabic dishes. Al Hubara restaurant, which has gained a reputation for keeping diners inspired with regular food festivals and innovative culinary events, brings guest chef, Deema Hajjawi for brunch on March 3 and 4. Diners can experience this unique gastronomic experience for QAR 315 per person for Friday brunch, and QAR 240 per person for Saturday brunch, including soft beverages. Deema Hajjawi will also be giving guests a live cooking demonstration, which can be booked for an extra QAR 100 per person.
