Argan Restaurant launches its exquisite offers for Moroccan food lovers

“Argan”- the Moroccan Restaurant at Al Jasra Boutique Hotel, part of five-star luxury hotel collection Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels (SWBH), launched its exquisite offers for Moroccan food lovers to enjoy authentic family Moroccan Tagine.

“Argan” promises to offer a true Moroccan hospitality experience in a majestic setting, with vibrant colors and a relaxing majlis area on daily basis from 12 noon till 4. Every month visitors can enjoy a sumptuous new Signature Tajine Dish prepared by Chef Zahira. “Tagine” is set to tease the senses through the amazing blend of spice and herbs and its wholesome culinary experience. It will be a preferred venue for all those who truly appreciate true Moroccan delicacies.

The chosen Tagine for October, which will run till the end of the month will be the “Melage Tagine”a veal shank tajine cooked with baby onion and served with couscous, mix nuts in addition to the Moroccan olives, Harissa sauce and accompanied by freshly baked Moroccan bread and a variety of salads such as the Zaalouk Salad composed of grilled eggplant with fresh herbs and Moroccan olive oil, the Carrot Charmoula Salad composed of fresh carrot marinated with herbs and Moroccan olive oil, the Traditional Moroccan Salad with fresh Romaine lettuce, tomato and fresh cucumber and the Taktouka Salad with mix capsicum, fresh herbs and tomato, and of course all this to be followed by the Mhensha, baked almond sweet stuffed in the filo pastry with cinnamon.
