As part of its drive to provide a variety of services right at customers’ doorsteps, Al Meera Consumer Goods Company (Q.P.S.C.) today announced the opening of a new Qatar Post Retail Outlet at its Al Meera Sailiya Mall.
The new Qatar Post Retail Outlet at Al Meera Sailiya will bring added convenience to the community in the area, which is currently witnessing mushrooming of new housing schemes, schools and businesses. “We are excited to introduce a Qatar Post Retail Outlet to our Sailiya Mall customers who can now enjoy the signature services of the national courier from the convenience of their own area,” stated Al Meera. “This is part of our strategy to make Al Meera a one-stop experience in the neighbourhoods we operate in.”
The Qatar Post services will be open from Sunday to Thursday from 10am-7pm and on Saturday from 5pm-8pm. A total of 300 postal boxes will be available on site for both personal and business customers. “At Qatar Post, our goal is to bring postal services wherever the people are and provide them with a hassle-free customer experience. This opening marks another key milestone in the transformation journey of Qatar Post as it focuses on improving customer service,” said Mr. Faleh Al Naemi Chairman and Managing Director at Qatar Post.
It is to be noted that Al Meera and Qatar Post signed a partnership agreement in 2017 whereby the latter was to benefit from the strategic locations of Qatar’s oldest national supermarket chain by setting up retail outlets in select locations.
